Each spaw day they will get a punch out .. after 9 you will get 20 off! Then after 9 more your dog will earn a Spaw Day !! We so appreciate all the loyal clients that pre book their routine spaw days.. rather it be every 4,6, or even 12 weeks.. we love how you respect our time & don’t cancel at last minute. Each dog/cat will have their own card

Any 2 Cancellations less than 24 hour notice will Void your card

If you cancel your appt & need to reschedule, as long as it’s before 24 hours is ok.. but you will not earn a punch out for that reschedule

No Show will Void your card

Card must be presented & punched at check out,the day of spaw time to receive credit

Punch out for Grooms only

If your card is voided, you can earn it back in 6 months of loyalty

You can not use this Platinum club card & the Loyalty card, only one.

If you misplace your card we can give you another but will not be able to do extra punch outs.
